- Personally sold "The Maples at 20 Mile Farm" a $20 million development of 90 condominiums. Loveland, Ohio.
- Following that successful endeavor came "The Woods on Wilkens," a $33 million dollar development with 102 condominiums located in Mason, Ohio.
- Then "Lakeside Cove," also located in Mason, Ohio. This community consisted of 21 condominiums a $7 million dollar development.
- "The Villas at Liberty Grand," Located in Liberty Township with 122 condominiums.

Born & raised in Cincinnati, and has been an active Realtor since 1998 with over 25 years of real estate experience & knowledge.
Cheryl enjoys riding her bike on the Little Miami/Loveland trail, loves the Bengals and playing with her two Golden Retrievers. She loves spending time with her seven (soon to be eight) grandkids - watching them participate in sporting events and growing up.
