- Following that successful endeavor came "The Woods on Wilkens," a $33 million dollar development with 102 condominiums located in Mason, Ohio.
- Then "Lakeside Cove," also located in Mason, Ohio. This community consisted of 21 condominiums a $7 million dollar development.
- "The Villas at Liberty Grand," Located in Liberty Township with 122 condominiums.
